1Shipping Services
All orders placed on solarmait.com are fulfilled through registered domestic courier services and speed post exclusively. We partner with reputed logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our team will prepare and dispatch your shipment as quickly as possible.
2Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery is completed within 15–30 days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date confirmed at the time of order placement.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, product availability, and logistics conditions.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete.
- Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
If a specific delivery date was agreed upon at the time of order, that date takes precedence over the standard timeline.
3Shipping Liability
SOLAR-MAIT disclaims responsibility for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or events outside our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).
- Shipments are delivered to the address provided during purchase — please ensure your address is accurate before confirming your order.
- Order and shipment confirmations are sent via email to the address registered with your account.
- SOLAR-MAIT is not liable for losses arising from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in all circumstances, including in the event of a return or cancellation, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
5Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier's official website.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team at solar@solarmait.com.
